If you are one of the people demanding a referendum over the new EU constitution Brown is trying to bring into power, then I am sorry to say, your name must be added to the ever increasing list of Traitors to this country.

I recently posted this article and emailed it to everyone, with the hope, the people would realise what they are involved in. Treason against this country is a very serious crime, DO NOT get caught up in the charade, the Fabians in government are invoking on you, for you will loose everything you hold dear.

Everyone is demanding a referendum over the new EU Constitution Brown is trying to establish in the UK. “Put it to the people” they say “let the people decide” they say. What they are really doing is diverting your attention from the real agenda. “What agenda you might ask”?

While the whole of Britain is arguing about this one matter, contemplating, and debating about this referendum. A small fact is escaping their blinded logic, while listening to the duped recall time and time again “we need a referendum”

I am going to put this in the simplest terms I can:

To even consider or think about a referendum is plainly committing TREASON against our Constitution. WE HAVE A CONSTITUTION, and if we did need a new one WHY WOULD WE POSSIBALLY WANT ONE THAT WAS NOT WRITTEN BY A BRITISH PERSON?

Halsbury say’s and I quote. “An act against the Constitution is an act of TREASON. So what Constitution do you think he was talking about, one on Mars?

People of Britain please get your head out of the sand and wake up for Pete’s sake. WE HAVE A CONSTITUTION, FOR, WHAT REASON DO WE NEED ANOTHER ONE? Even if a referendum was not an act of treason, do you honestly believe it would be uncorrupted in today’s political environment?

To take part in this treasonous act will result in the final nail in the coffin, not only our Constitutional Laws but for our country as well. You the people, would without doubt, play straight into the government’s hands, and fool yourselves into believing that you are saving your country. When the really the sad truth is, that you are unwittingly proving and admitting that we do not have a Constitution, and our Laws do not exist.

You are being deceived, you are being duped and YOU are letting it happen.

We are not members of the EU; we do not have to abide by its Law. Time and time again TPUC have proven that since 1911 and Asquith’s treasonous act of saying the monarch’s assent to all legislation is automatic, means without doubt that all new laws introduced, all new legislation introduced and all Treaties signed are without doubt INVALID.

Why not put this amount of effort into something that is positive and demand that the Monarch, Parliament and the Judiciary in this country, start to abide by British law, British Constitutional Law and not by the legislation of a foreign power? Why not help us, to help the people, who are trying to fight this fiasco they call government in this country?

You are so wrapped up in fighting one of the symptoms; why not start fighting the disease? For while you are continually bleating like lambs over this matter, you are being lead, by the deceptive hand, to the slaughter.

This is a reply emailed to me by a very good friend of mine. Bob has been a student of our Constitution for over 30 years.

As a young soldier I was taught always to imagine myself in the enemy's
position, and ponder on his options. There can be little doubt that the
various anti EU organisations were set up with good and honest intentions, but there can be no doubt, as events have proved that most were quickly infiltrated by enemy agents whose task it was to turn those organisations into sponges for the patriots, safety valves and a means of containment. Take the ridiculous word "Eurosceptic" for example, designed specifically to soften the word "ANTI". Who on earth could only be sceptical about the take-over of this nation?

Observe how these organisations now clamour for a totally illegal referendum on whether or not we should abandon our Constitution which represents and protects all that we are as a nation state, yet they do absolutely nothing to uphold lawful constitutional constraint by exposing the illegality, treachery and treasonous actions of Parliament. Has there ever been a public rally or initiative aimed at forcing recognition of our Constitution? No there has not. Has the issue of treason ever dominated the meetings of these organisations? Again no, all they talk about is politics, and that is because the manipulators know that political wrangling can be ongoing for as long as they need to close the trap. They know only too well that exposing the lawful power of our Constitution in the public domain would bring the whole sorry mess to a showdown once the mass became aware of the absolute illegality of what has taken place. It would expose the illegality of Parliament ceding the powers loaned to it by the people to a foreign power.

It would expose the illegality of the present influx of immigrants. It would
expose the illegality of governments raising taxes to fund foreign
imperialism. It would expose Parliament's illegal presumption to exercise
Royal Prerogative Powers. It would expose the illegal Parliament Act 1911, by which means the government destroyed the independence of the House of Lords.

This clamour for an illegal referendum suggests to me that those behind it
not only have total disregard for our Constitution, they have every
confidence that one way or another, they will achieve the result they want, the final destruction of this nation, for should they fail, given a little
more time the truth will be out, and they have much to lose.

Sorry this is a quick answer for now, for I could write a book on this subject.

It does not matter what happens he will sign on the dotted line, that we can be sure of. They have invested too much time and effort into this, to let us take it away from them now. This has been going on for nearly a hundred years, and no one has ever stood in their way.

This treaty is yet again only a symptom of the desease, in control of this country and that is what they want us to be concerntrating on. Remember the Fabians are delayers and deceavers, as their logo suggests a wolf in sheeps clothing.

We have to now take the fight into their world and fight them head on. Fabians shy away from direct conflict, they fight with underhand tactics, they do not fight head on, so we must take the fight to them directly.

The people of Britain must build a new party made up of normal everyday people, in every constituasey, in the land. Normal people helping the people re-establish our Laws and helping them to use their laws to defeat EU legislation. With that help comes trust, with trust comes following, with following you win seats.

Uniting as one will bring the people forward who can stand for election. We have to instal the trust back into the people of Britain, so they know, without doubt that this party is for the people and will never betray them. We can only achieve this if we first offer them help, we can only succeed if the people see a organisation that has their rights and liberties, at the for front of their goal.

Two members of TPUC are putting a manifesto together, to present to the rest of the members soon. Once this is done we will hold a meeting so everyone can have their say, we must all agree on this course of action, for the very structure of TPUC, is how this country should be. We all as members have a right to our voice being heard and our suggestions being deliberated, we are all equall in status when we sit at the table this organisation was founded upon.

This I believe is the future, a revolution by peaceful means, we have to prove that successive governments have committed Treason, time and time again. We have the evidence, we now have to present it to the people. But we must also give them a solution to the problem. Treason is not some archiec word that does not exist anymore, it is the very word that will bring about the change we all seek.

To fight the desease within the Commons, we must take the fight to them in the Commons. We cannot remove the existing dictatorship in this country, until we have something to replace it with, for the rest of the political areana in this country are as corrupt as those in government, for everyone of them has allowed this Treason to go on.

Dear John,

I have not been in the military myself but two of my brothers have and my mothers first husband was blown to pieces on a troop train in Germany. What did my mothers husband and many thousand's of others all around the world die for-- FREEDOM / DEMOCRACY.

I have been a member and actively involved with the Referendum Party, UKIP and VERITAS.

Each was an eye opener and for different reasons. In my personal opinion YOU ARE RIGHT and George West although sincere, in this instance is wrong.

Many thousands leave our shores to be replaced with what and they are at liberty to vote in our local and national elections.

This so-called Treaty come Constitution is outrageous and you are RIGHT-----WAKE up everyone our country is being taken away from us one bit at a time.---WE ALL NEED TO WORK TOGETHER and not be duped

(A) We need to make contact with people who have left our shores and can vote in our elections.

(B) Unless they have a genuine reason for not being able to get out. We need to put a stop to postal votes by people who LIVE in this country,

MOST IMPORTANTLY.
And we need to use the TRAITORS ACT which I understand was ILLEGALLY removed
